We generally ask for a minimum of 3 weeks advance notice for your request. If you have an urgent request, we will do our best to accommodate your deadline, though this may not always be possible.

Be certain to call if you have a short deadline, e.g. if you request an adjourning motion and the memorial is in 5 days. Council certificates may take less time than letters or some resolutions.


Please be aware that certificates cannot be mailed, but must be picked up at City Hall:
