Coming to City Hall?
Los Angeles City Hall is located at 200 N. Spring Street in the Civic Center area of downtown Los Angeles. There are a number of street level and underground parking lots in the vicinity and car pools are encouraged.
The closest Metro subway stop is the Red and Purple Line Civic Center/Grand Park Station. Because of security screening, the public entrance of City Hall is on the Main Street side of the building — through the lobby at street level or on the third floor bridge from City Hall East.
